Expo Logic Buys Registration and Lead Retrieval Company EPIC
East Norriton, Penn.-based Expo Logic, an event registration and lead retrieval solutions provider, has acquired EPIC, another registration and lead retrieval provider for associations, based out of Charlotte, N.C.

With this acquisition, Expo Logic is positioned as an even bigger registration solutions provider serving the nonprofit, association and membership sectors.
This acquisition also expands Expo Logic in terms of its client base, staff, service capabilities and technology tailored solutions.

EPIC was founded more than 10 years ago and handles events from a few thousand to more than 150,000 attendees.
