UBM Adds New Advanced Manufacturing Show in Cleveland
Manufacturing has contributed $99.8 billion to Ohio's Gross Domestic Product and is the largest of the 20 sectors in the state's economy.
Building on this growth, UBM, which has a large portfolio of advanced manufacturing shows such as MD&M West and EastPack, will launch Advanced Design & Manufacturing (ADM) Cleveland March 29-30 at the Cleveland Convention Center.
"Our goal is to give our attendees the best opportunity possible to be exposed to the latest technology within their industry, learn from one another, develop new ideas, and connect with the top suppliers, all in one place," said Nina Brown, vice president of Events, UBM.
She added, "Cleveland is a growing hub for design and manufacturing and we plan to help drive innovation within the industry forward through ADM Cleveland."
The inaugural ADM Cleveland event continues to grow with the support of key sponsors, exhibitors, suppliers and major Ohio manufacturing associations including: Absolute Haitan, American Ring & Tool Company, BioEnterprise, BioOhio, C&J Industries, Cincinnati Test Systems Inc., MAGNET, Maruka, Norman Noble, Qosina, Rotor Clip Company, RSW Technologies, Stratasys and TeamNEO, among others.
"MAGNET is really thrilled to be supporting the Advanced Design & Manufacturing Cleveland event. Cleveland has a wealth of manufacturing knowledge and talent and supply chains that cut across many verticals,” said Ethan Karp, President & CEO, MAGNET.
He added, “Our largest contributor to regional exports and the main driver of our entire economy is manufacturing. ADM Cleveland will be very impactful for our region, pulling together companies to learn, network and create new business connections.”
The new show will offer sourcing, education and networking in Northeast Ohio's advanced design and manufacturing sector.
With a showfloor comprised of UBM's six distinct manufacturing brands, all under one cohesive umbrella, the Cleveland event will set a new regional threshold for comprehensive advanced design and manufacturing trade shows with an "end-to-end" quality that demonstrates unmatched value to attendees and exhibitors, alike, according to show organizers.
At ADM Cleveland, visitors will have the opportunity to focus on the industry that applies the most to their business, but also see innovation across all facets of manufacturing on the diverse show floor that includes:
